Silicon Valley Security Group
The idea for the Silicon Valley Security Group (SVSG) was ignited by a deep-seated belief that the future of security innovation couldn't be built in silos. I saw a need to move beyond traditional structures and create a dynamic, modern platform for industry professionals to genuinely connect and solve problems together. At its core, SVSG is a pioneering 501(c)(3) nonprofit , founded to redefine what a professional security network should be: a diverse, ego-free, and genuine community. SVSG’s formation in July 2021 was a direct response to the industry's fragmentation. We believed that diverse ideas drive innovation. The goal was to build a community that was laser-focused on being the most innovative and inclusive in the world.
